We thoroughly test all electrical bikes after a repair and service. It is not uncommon that some minor adjustments may be needed following a repair and service. This may be due to the variable conditions of moving mechanical components and parts working together and especially with new parts and components wearing into the remaining older parts and components. Should such adjustments are required, we will make every effort to do this as soon as possible, and at no extra charge. In rare circumstances, the repair of specific problems may reveal underlying ones that only become apparent after extended riding. In these cases, we will attempt to fix these subsequent problems at a agreed costs.

We will provide a diagnostic with the electric bike that is brought in and will provide a quote on the parts and services that is required to get it running again. This charge is payable upfront. If the electric bike is repairable and you wish to go ahead with the repairs and services, this upfront fee will be deducted from the total amount.
